Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your registration or making any payment.

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for Master Class registrations and other classes registration, online training programs, or digital learning materials are non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be permitted, under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
Non-attendance or partial attendance of the session,
Change of personal schedule or circumstances,
Technical or internet issues on the participant’s end,
Disagreement with course content, format, or delivery.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
A refund will be considered only in the event of a duplicate payment or if the class/program is cancelled by Compliance Care.
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days after verification.

3. Non-Transferable Access
Registration and course access are strictly non-transferable. Adjustment or shifting of fees to another batch or participant is not allowed unless expressly approved in writing by Compliance Care.
